Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers defects from installation — improper flashing, incorrect nailing, valley leaks, and ridge cap failures caused by our crew. If a leak traces back to how we installed the roof, not a material defect or storm damage, we repair it at no cost to you.

Leaks caused by faulty installation of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles or Malarkey Vista shingles Blistering, cracking, or curling of installed shingles within the warranty period Wind damage to shingles installed per manufacturer specs (up to 110 mph) Flashing failures at valleys, chimneys, or pipe boots installed by our crew Workmanship defects on standing seam metal roof seams and fasteners Granule loss exceeding normal wear on CertainTeed Landmark or Owens Corning Duration Ice dam damage to underlayment and ice-and-water shield we installed Structural issues from improper deck preparation or fastener placement

What's Not Covered

Damage from pre-existing roof issues not disclosed during inspection Water damage from clogged gutters or improper attic ventilation Storm damage not caused by installation defects (e.g., hail, hurricane-force winds over 110 mph) Mold remediation or water damage restoration from leaks not reported within 30 days Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration from Florida sun exposure Roof replacement needed due to improper repairs by third parties after our install
